DEFORM supplies BMA`s biggest sugar steam dryer to Nordic Sugar in Örtofta Sweden

BMA AG in Germany is a world leading manufacturer within the sugar plant industry. Deform AB supplied their biggest sugar dryer ever built witch now is installed in Sweden. Deform supplied a complete steam dryer kit including all formed parts, connections and internal equipment direct to the site. BMA´s staff then assembled everything.

The dryer is 23m high and 10m in diameter.                                                                                                

Mr Tesch, the supervisor at site - ” It is not very often I call back to our BMA office in Germany and explain how good our assembly work goes, but in this case I had to; it was an extreme high quality delivered from Deform with max 1mm deviation on all diameters !”

The kit was trial assembled by Deform at our site in Sweden before shipment and considering the large dimensions we are very proud of our achievement.
